Select a Plan

Choose the right plan for your gaming session. This may be based on the number of players joining your server or the amount of resources the game and you will need.

Choose a Location

Depending on where you and your friends are playing from, select a location that is best for you. You can easily check your ping before buying to see the ping time of the connection from your location.

Select a billing Cycle

Choose to pay monthly, or receive a discount on quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly payment plans

Review the Specs

Review the options for Port, Memory and CPU Cores and select different options to customize the server for your gaming experience. Lots of friends joining you? You may want to increase the RAM accordingly.

How long does it take to setup the server?

After placing your order, the server will be ready to go, and an email will be sent to you with an account for our Nitro Control panel. From here, you can start/stop your server, create backup schedules, interact with the console, and upload/download files. Setup, on average, takes about five minutes!

What is your refund policy?

Our Game Servers have a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 7 days and receive a full refund. You must request this within the first month of service for a full refund. Services that have been in use for 1 month or have renewed are not eligible for a refund.

What is a backup slot and why do I need one?

The number of backup slots you have determines the number of backups of your server that you can store at one time. For example, if you have 3 backup slots and you schedule your server backup to run daily, you can only keep 3 days worth of backups at a time.

Can I copy files and plugins to my server?

Yes! Using our Nitro Control Panel, you can upload files and plugins to your game server with ease.

How many people can I host on my server?

EVLBOX doesn’t sell servers by the slot count, and instead we sell by CPU and Memory resources. For 16 players we suggest 4 CPU cores and 12GB of RAM. Use less for smaller games. You can upgrade/downgrade at any time!
